I love fried chicken, i try to make it at least once a month. And i think i´ve perfected it now.
The chicken was marinated in soy and sesame oil. I fried it in a mix of rice flour and tempura flour.
I made a relish of ginger, garlic, chili, spring onion, soy, black and white sesame seeds and sugar. Wich was amazing when you mixed it with Sriracha sauce. I served it with rice and napa cabbage kimchi.
