I took my wife to Sushi Matsumoto, we were told that it was the best in Seoul. The owners have another restaurant, Kappo Yokomori that i have been to a number of times. That place is amazing, so i had high hopes of a great meal. We ordered the omakase wich in Japanese means you decide or i´ll leave it to you,
So we just sat down, ordered a beer and the journey began.
Everything was amazing, the fish was so incredibly fresh, and so prefect in temperature.
The rice was the best coocked rice i´ve ever had, it was still a little bit warm, and the rice cook came with a little bit at a time, so every pieace we ate was perfect.
Also we were given a number of extra courses wich all was amazing, the steamed abalone was probably the best one. but i could not name a favourite of all the different pieces of Sushi we had. Every single one was perfection. Of course we had a lot of more food than there are pictures but if you are in Seoul or planning to come here, put a visit to Sushi Matsumoto on the top of your list.
You will not be dissapointed,
