Hai cafe. Hoi an old town, Vietnam

Fresh spring rolls with pork and nouc cham. Really good!
Grilled chicken with black pepper dip and bok choy. Fantastic!
And Cao laou noodles with grilled pork, rice crackers and herbs. A local dish here in Hoi an. Really fresh and delicious.

KFC. Korean fried chicken

I love fried chicken, i try to make it at least once a month. And i think i´ve perfected it now.
The chicken was marinated in soy and sesame oil. I fried it in a mix of rice flour and tempura flour.
I made a relish of ginger, garlic, chili, spring onion, soy, black and white sesame seeds and sugar. Wich was amazing when you mixed it with Sriracha sauce. I served it with rice and napa cabbage kimchi.
