Juan. Kaiseki restaurant Cheongdam-dong

Today i had lunch at this amazing little Kaiseki restaurant in Cheongdam-dong. The food was prepared by chef Shimura and it was simple but yet elegant and delicious. Kaiseki cuisine is a Japanese traditional multicourse meal. For lunch they serve a shorter menu, but that was just perfect for me. In the evenings the menu is longer and more expensive. This is a place to come back to more than once.

Chef Shimuras knives, we also had an amazing mascarpone ice cream for dessert, but i killed it before thinking about a picture. But it was sooo good
