Slow cooked brisket, pulled pork style
Brisket cooked for 12 hours with my special spice rub and chipotle puré. Then "pulled" by hand and re heated with the juices from cooking, beer, bbq sauce, and more seasoning.
I don´t need to say how good this is....
White and purple cole slaw
