Ramen!

I love ramen, we have a really nice ramen shop close to our house. I have been there a couple of times and it is cheap and it taste great. I had the freezer full of chicken bones, so i decided to make some ramen stock and make my own.

Chicken based stock with bacon lots of ginger and chili

Pork belly and pork ribs



Egg in a ramen is a must

Fresh ramen noodles
